Yes. Our system allows you send us your new patients and we upload to your Patients Records into a documents management system. We also monitor expiration dates for your patients/customers and can send them out friendly reminders (that you control) whenever you want them to go out (60 days, 30 days, 14 days, date of expiration, etc) based upon when their Doctor's recommendation expires.
Do I have to use all of the features of your software?
No. You can pick and choose any and all features and easily turn them on or off with a click of a button. However, we make it easy for you to use them all by doing it for you.
Can I use your software if I do not want to have a full store?
Yes. You can use the software as a Catalog only. This means that you have the Categories and Products, but we do not turn on the Shopping Cart and Checkout system. So patients and customers can view your entire product line (or only what you want them to see) 24/7.
Can I control the content on my website easily or do I have to contact you to make changes?
You have 100% complete control over your website. You will have full access to an Administrative Console that you can easily change any webpages, products, newsletters and patient information. Our system is designed for the "non-technical" user. If you can write emails and Word documents, then you can control al of your website content. However, if you want a change, feel free to send it to us via email and we will make the change for you.
